    • You can make secure payments over the phone using any type of debit or credit card. 
    • Phone lines are open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, except on holidays. 

2. By Mail:

• • • Choose your preferred payment method: check or money order. 
    • Address your payment to: 5851 Thille Street, Ventura, CA 93009. 
    • Ensure your payment is postmarked by the due date to avoid any delays.

3. In Person:

• • • Our staff will assist you in making your payment in person.

    • Visit our Patient Billing Window located at: 5851 Thille Street, Ventura, CA 93009. 
    • The window and our clinics are open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, except on holidays.
