VCHCA Health-e-Connect is the newest way to stay in touch with your Ventura County Health Care Agency care team and get up-to-date medical information, all with the convenience and privacy of your own computer, tablet or smartphone at a time that fits your schedule — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

VCHCA Health-e-Connect is a part of your secure medical record. To ensure the accuracy of your medical records, only send messages and requests related to your personal medical care.

With Health-e-Connect You Can

  • View your lab results.
  • Request new appointments, changes or cancellations.
  • Securely message your care team.
  • Request updates to your Patient Information.
  • Access a summary of your medications, allergies, immunizations and any medical issues.

How to Get Started

Current patients 18 and older may sign up online using your Medical Record Number or in person at your next appointment by responding to the invitation email. Parents can also sign up their children up through age 12. Talk to any staff member for more information.
