If you are an existing patient for a clinic affiliated with Ventura County Healthcare Agency, and you have not registered for a Health-e-Connect patient portal account, click the link below to register for the portal and then login and search for available appointment. You will need to know your Medical Record Number (MRN) which is available on visit summary paperwork from your previous visits, or you can call the clinic to obtain it.
If you are a new patient and have never been seen at a clinic affiliated with Ventura County Healthcare Agency (including Ventura County and Santa Paula Emergency Rooms or Hospital visits, click the link below to register for the portal as a new patient and then login and search for available appointment.
