VCBH Contracts Administration Unit

The Ventura County Behavioral Health Department (VCBH) Contracts Administration Unit establishes and administers all contracts for VCBH. The VCBH Contracts Administration Unit supports the mission, vision, and values of VCBH by ensuring all County and regulatory requirements are met through our contracts with Community Based Organizations (CBOs) and other providers. ‍

Overview of the Application Process

In order to become a provider, interested parties may:
  1. Visit our eProcurement platform (Bonfire) at County of Ventura (bonfirehub.com) to review current and open Request for Proposals based on VCBH’s current identified needs, and/or
  2. Contact the VCBH Contracts Administration Unit and provide a brief description of the: (1) services you provide, (2) target population you serve, (3) service area you serve, (4) website link for your organization, and (5) contact information for your organization (name, phone number, and email for program and fiscal liaisons). Your inquiry and information will be directed to the appropriate VCBH Contracts Administrator for review and follow up.
  3. Review the GSA Procurement page: Procurement Services – Ventura County to identify contracting opportunities for the County at large.
