Wellness Center
The Wellness Center serves adults who are recovering from mental illness and/or substance use issues. It is located in Oxnard and outreaches to underserved individuals throughout the county, offering on-site supports and referrals. The program provides supports for individuals as they transition out of other mental health programs.

Client Network
The Client Network is a peer-run advocacy organization with a client-centered approach to mental health recovery. The Client Network advocates for individuals by promoting measures that counteract stigma and discrimination against mental health recipients through increasing client representation, involvement, and empowerment at all levels of the mental health system. Adult Residential Services (ARS)
ARS provides services to ensure treatment in the least restrictive environments for high risk individuals who require intensive services and supports and reside in locked settings, residential placements and mental health treatment facilities. ARS serves individuals who otherwise struggle to manage their mental health needs in the community.
Transitional Age Youth Wellness & Recovery Center
The Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Wellness and Recovery Center, or TAY Tunnel, is a young-adult friendly drop-in center for those who have experienced mental health and/or substance use issues. The program is a portal for service access, by offering supports commonly utilized by young adults with a serious mental illness.

Quality of Life Program (QOL)
The QOL program provides residents living in board and care facilities with non-clinical activities to enhance their lives. QOL program engages residents through one-on-one interactions in order to build relationships and enhance their sense of connectedness and help to manage their symptoms.
