• Master Scenario of Events Lists (MSEL) - pick one MSEL and its corresponding building safety evaluation placard from the 3 options, below:
  
  • No damage to the facility AND Green Building Safety Evaluation Placard (print on Green paper)
  • Minimal damage to the facility AND Yellow Building Safety Evaluation Placard (print on Yellow paper)
  • Significant damage to the facility AND Red Building Safety Evaluation Placard (print on Red paper)
