California Bridge Access Program
You can find information about the steps to enroll in the COVID-19 California Bridge Access Program (CA BAP) by visiting the following website: BAP Program Overview. Once you review the enrollment requirements you can complete the myCAvax application for CDPH to review at: https://mycavax.cdph.ca.gov/s/.
