Public Health Orders

Public Health Orders are legal orders issued under the authority of California law. Violations of these orders are punishable by fine, imprisonment, or both.

Active Health Orders

The County’s Mandatory Influenza Vaccination or Masking of Health Care Workers During Influenza Season requires them to receive an annual influenza vaccination or, if they decline, to wear a mask during the influenza season while working in patient care areas from November 1 through April 30.
