Services
Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health assess the needs of women, infants, children, and adolescents by providing case management and home visitations and coordinating and planning services in collaboration with different agencies. We conduct community health status assessments, identify barriers to services and develop policies based on the outcomes. In addition, we coordinate health outreach and service quality assurance for women, children, and their families.
