Mothers To Be

The Ambulatory Care system has exceptionally trained Family Medicine Physicians and Obstetricians to guide you through your pregnancy and delivery. Care for high risk pregnancy is available to those in need of such specialty services.

Mothers are walked through all stages of their pregnancy and the development of their baby through our unique counseling program. We provide information on nutrition, exercise, what to expect during delivery, and the care of your baby. Babies are delivered at Santa Paula Hospital and Ventura County Medical Center, both designated as Baby-Friendly Hospitals, a distinction held by less than100 hospitals nationwide.

Health Care for the Homeless

Medical professionals provide health assessment, diagnosis and treatment for homeless or transitionally homeless persons at various community sites on a regular schedule. Clinics providing services for people who are homeless are held at both Public Health and Ambulatory Care locations across the County.

Welcome to Ambulatory Care! We are a system of primary care and specialty care medical clinics conveniently located throughout the County of Ventura. In keeping with the mission of the Ventura County Health Care Agency, our team of dedicated physicians, nurses and other health care professionals seek to set the standard in health care excellence.

We provide care on an outpatient basis at all levels. When seeking preventative care such as your annual physical and obtaining your flu vaccination or are in need of routine care; having your lab work drawn and reviewed; or are in need of complex care for chronic medical conditions, we are the medical home to meet your needs. Our goal is to have healthy people in healthy communities throughout Ventura County.
