A crowd of more than 300 people filled the entrance of the Ventura County Medical Center for the ribbon-cutting ceremony to open the North Tower, the newly completed replacement wing of the hospital. The event was held Friday, June 9, and featured remarks from a number of dignitaries prior to the ribbon-cutting. Following the ceremony, tours of the new facility were offered.
