About the Clinic
This full spectrum primary care clinic is conveniently located in our new building on Thousand Oaks Boulevard. Care for those of all ages from infancy through geriatrics is available. OB care for you and your baby through our Baby Steps program is a highlight of the Conejo Valley Clinic. Lastly, we are proud to announce our new Rheumatologist, Dr. Niloofar Farmani.
