In November of 2016, the Behavioral Health Department celebrated the Grand Opening/Ribbon Cutting on the Horizon View Mental Health Rehabilitation Center in Camarillo. This 16-bed facility is the 20th Mental Health Recovery Center in California and the second in Ventura County. It is a beautiful facility that ensures we are taking care of those who need specialized services in Ventura
