Community Leadership Committee
The MHSA Community Leadership Committee (CLC) leads the community planning for all Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) funded components and reviews of MHSA Performance Outcomes, stated program and component goals. It makes policy, funding and programmatic recommendations which drive MHSA planning and priorities. In its planning role, is responsible for approval of Annual MHSA plans for submission to the Mental Health Board. The CLC is comprised of key stakeholders from a variety of sectors. At least half of the CLC members are consumers or family members.
