Acceptance of Meaningful Use Data

Syndromic Surveillance Data Submission:

Ventura County Public Health is able to receive electronic syndromic surveillance data from local acute care hospitals through EpiCenter. For more information about EpiCenter, please call: 805-981-5331.


Electronic Laboratory Data Submission:

Ventura County Public Health is now utilizing CalREDIE for mandated reporting. CalREDIE is able to receive electronic laboratory reports which can be transmitted directly to Ventura County Public Health. Eligible providers will need to sign up to begin testing utilizing the following link:
http://hie.cdph.ca.gov/.

Immunization Data Submission:

The California Immunization Registry (CAIR) is able to receive immunization test data. Upon submission of a test message, you will receive a confirmation notice of a successful test message from CAIR. If the CAIR registry is unable to process your test message for any reason, you will be provided with an exclusion notice.
